IC Online services has been developing businesses online for over 15 years. Some of our projects have included netshoppers.com, gamewatchers.com and usfree.net. We started with a dialup (72 line) Worldgroup bulletin board called the Inner Circle and this is where IC was born. The Inner Circle Bulletin Board System (ICBBS) was online for nearly 8 years from 1994-2001. Sadly the BBS community was entirely wiped out by the advent of web based services which made our systems obsolete, harkening back to an episode of the Twilight Zone.
We started to develop online properties including directories, search engines (long before PHPLD) and forums. In 1998 we developed the NetShoppers.com Shopping Directory which in late 2008 at its peak was bringing in over 20,000 visitors per month (It was sold in 2009), and GameWatchers.com in 1999 (which was sold in 2008).
We are currently offering our marketing expertise to small to medium businesses who otherwise couldn't afford optimization and search marketing services due to budgetary constraints. Our services include free marketing and website optimization information through our SEOME.com and SEOME.org websites. We have also just begun development on a new shopping directory and business search engine ShopSmarter and we invite any ecommerce site and business owners to come over and register. It's free and you don't need a website to market your business.
We have a large inventory of great domain names for sale Here on ShopSmarter. Most of our domain names are listed as a "make offer", so if you see a domain name that you'd like to own please send us a note and we'll be happy to negotiate a deal with you.

In development: A free legal advice, discussion and forms website that should be a big hit with the lawyers and attorneys. It will be located at legalpad.org and will be completely free of course. Also in the works is a Movie Database, Make Money Online Programs (webprofitspro.com), and a new scripts and tools download site will be at CoolSiteTools.com
